All arrival bookings include a 60-minute grace period from the flight or cruise arrival time.
A midnight surcharge of $10 applies to bookings between 2300 hrs and 0630 hrs (arrival bookings are based on pick-up time).
Prices for hourly bookings are all-inclusive and cover parking, tolls, fuel, and unlimited usage.
Waiting charges apply at $10 per 15-minute block after the grace period for all service types, excluding hourly bookings.
We do not take responsibility for any airport delays due to aircraft disembarkation, immigration, baggage clearance, or lost or damaged luggage.
Transfers to or from Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, and Jurong Island may incur a surcharge between $10 and $20.
