Point-to-point and departure bookings include a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled booking time.
All arrival bookings include a 60-minute grace period from the flight or cruise arrival time.
A midnight surcharge of $10 applies to bookings between 2300 hrs and 0630 hrs (arrival bookings are based on pick-up time).
Prices for hourly bookings are all-inclusive and cover parking, tolls, fuel, and unlimited usage.
Waiting charges apply at $10 per 15-minute block after the grace period for all service types, excluding hourly bookings.
We do not take responsibility for any airport delays due to aircraft disembarkation, immigration, baggage clearance, or lost or damaged luggage.
Transfers to or from Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, and Jurong Island may incur a surcharge between $10 and $20.
For bookings made less than 8 hours prior to pick-up, please call or WhatsApp our hotline to secure your booking.
Infant, Kanga, or booster seats are available upon request at an additional cost.
Meet-and-greet service (with placard) is available at an additional cost of $15.
All credit card payments are subject to a 10% bank surcharge.
